These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Dolar138 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://dolar138.cam and all associated services, products, games, software, and content made available through it.

Any breach of the above terms of use may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

6.1 Deposits

Dolar138 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are generally processed and credited to your wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Dolar138 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in MYR to verified Malaysian bank accounts or e-wallets held in the account holder's name, following successful completion of the KYC process. Dolar138 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit and to request supporting documentation for large withdrawal requests as part of its ongoing AML obligations. 8.1 Sports Betting

8.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino game outcomes, including slot games, live dealer games, and lottery draws, are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by individual game providers and are available on request. 8.3 Minimum & Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform and are displayed within each game or market interface. These limits may be adjusted by the Platform at any time without prior notice.

Dolar138 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the Player provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a withdrawal request.
• Discovery that the Player is under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Technical, legal, or regulatory requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Upon termination for cause, dolar138 reserves the right to withhold any or all funds held in the Player's account pending investigation. Where termination results from a Player's breach of these Terms, bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits and verifiable winnings derived from real-money wagers may be returned at the Platform's discretion following investigation.

A Player wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting the support team. All outstanding balances meeting minimum withdrawal thresholds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dolar138 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on or through the Platform.

In any event, dolar138's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the dolar138 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio files, video files, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of dolar138 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, publicly performed, adapted, translated, transmitted, broadcast, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of dolar138. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dolar138 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence, to the extent that those rights cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

Dolar138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
